Reliable and honest Diamond company.Totally worth looking at Australian diamond Brokers when buying quality jewellery . Understanding and definitely not pushy when we were helped with which direction we should proceed with diamonds.The jewellery and Gemologist that provided us with help also was an'Wizard with drawing a design of what we were considering with a lead pencil and gold/yellow pencil !!' Took about a whole 2 mins to complete drawings of exactly what we had thought ... This clinched the deal for us .... Its makes an enormous difference for it to be seen on paperAnd they also draw the whole ring to scale !!!! . This was a game changer for us. Never in many many years had this skill been shown to usThe 3 jewellers and goldsmiths and geologist are all friendly and nothing is too muchI wish there was a 6 star google post

My husband purchased my engagement ring from ADB 7 years ago and had the best experience in store. He was recommended ADB by his own father and was told it felt like a family business and having shopped there himself, he confirms that it most definitely feels that way. We then went back for our wedding bands and this time I was able to experience the excellent service myself. Then for our 5 year anniversary my husband purchased an additional ring for my stack and now thanks to ADB my stack is complete! I had a particular design in mind, and what they created far exceeded my expectations! Garren was so helpful, patient and made me feel like no ask was too much. They found the perfect stones, at the perfect price and created something I genuinely didn’t think was possible for my budget. 3 years on, and I still can’t stop staring!We couldn’t wait to work with them again, and went back when it was time to create our wedding bands. Garren spent a lot of time with me going through different options that would suit my engagement ring, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. ADB created my dream ring!My engagement ring is everything I ever dreamed of. The perfectly chosen oval diamond sits beautifully with the marquise and round diamonds on the band. My husband was very particular about the exact shape of the oval, and the team at ADB were so patient and attentive to every detail to make sure it was just right. With the matching wedding band, the set sparkles perfectly from every angle.To complete the set, they also made me a beautiful tennis bracelet. I cannot recommend Australian Diamond Brokers more highly for not only the highest quality diamonds but their personalised, warm service that made the build up to our engagement so much more exciting and special. Garren really took the time to design and make sure I loved the ring I chose, sending me photos and updates along the way and explaining every step of the process. I never felt rushed. I flew up from Melbourne 3 times to visit the store, not because I needed to but because I loved visiting their store so much - it was worth every trip. It can be hard to find a jeweller you can trust that isn’t overpriced, so take this review as your sign to look no further. It’s the only place I go to for my jewellery now and the only place I recommend to friends and family. I love my customised engagement ring and still get so many compliments for it ❤️

ADB also sourced a beautiful Aqua for me and made a cocktail ring. Thrilled with the finished ring.
Robert has always been so welcoming and helpful, and guided me through all the options to make sure I get the best result and making jewellery designing (and purchasing) such a pleasant experience.

We got an absolutely beautiful custom-designed engagement ring that Varoujan managed to have ready for us as a surprise in only 7 days, so that I could have the ring in time for a last minute wedding. After going to every high street shop and various wholesalers we found ADB and met Robert.
Robert has so much patience and listened to what we both wanted but also gave great information on how to shop and what to look out for. He never came across as a smooth-talking salesman but just a passionate diamond expert without any obnoxious traits.
The variety of diamonds ADB has available in store to look at first hand instead of telling you about what they can source online makes a huge difference. You really do need to see under the microscope what you are buying.
Thank you so much for creating such a stunning ring. Can not recommend Robert or ADB enough!

Varoujan and all the staff were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. They are truly genuine in their approach to offering excellent customer service. Even when we had to make some adjustments to the rings, they were understanding and assisted us immediately. I would recommend anyone looking for a ring to consider these guys.
